I am very unhappy with my Denali. I took it in for what seemed to be an electrical issue. My Denali would not start using the push start. That I changed the batteries in both remotes but vehicle would still not start, windows were going up and down on their own, a/c stopped working, vehicle locks and starts by itself. I explained several times I was stuck going through a flood area but service was firm it was nothing due to going through all this water because there were no signs of the inside being wet? I bought a 2019 Buick Encore from Art Moran with 3 miles on it.
It consistently pulls hard to the right and has been 'repaired' 4 times in the two weeks. I have owned it. The Service Manager said I didn't know how to drive, didn't understand road crowning, didn't understand torque steer and finally, I did not know how to 'set the steering wheel.'
I am 43 and have owned 14 cars in my life, plus I am not stupid. They refuse to correct this lemon and continue to insult me. I cannot possibly give a worse review of this dealership or car. It is a known issue for which they attempted to gas lamp me into thinking it was my fault.
Do not buy from them or trust them with repairs, they are liars and thieves. Last week my Wife and I were shopping at Moran Buick GMC, we came in because of a used car we saw on the internet. We were greeted by Darren Korby in used. Car sales Darren was professional and easy to talk to. After test driving the 2018 SanteFe Sport we wanted it. At first price was an issue but than Darren brought in Dave Askew the used vehicle manager and Dave was able to come to a good acceptable price.
From there we were asked to talk to Kent Winningham the finance person Kent was very knowledgable and offered all the extras that he was suppose to. We drove home in our new SanteFe and the whole experience was good. Darren, Dave and Kent were a pleasure to work with. Paco Calderon very GREEDY.
Does not communicate well, disrespectful to clients. I went in to lease my 5th Terrain & was very disappointed with this guys. Lack of ethics. He had one job to do - pinstripe the car, took him 5 days to complete because he doesn't bother to read emails.
Incompetent as a sales person, seems driven by greed instead of sense of fairness. Paco shows little to no integrity in dealing with customers. A stain on this dealership. I will go out of my way to advise perspective clients to deal elsewhere and not to deal with PACO CALDERON at all.
I was shopping for a new family wagon online and I spoke and looked at maybe 10-15 different dealers and cars. I finaly came across STG auto online in Montclair amd called and spoke to Fady Gad. He was very helpefull and attentive quickly gave me the best price and rate.
He kept very well communication with me even when he was doing research. I schedule an appointment with him and he even reserve the exact car that I wanted so that it did sell while I drove down there.
Once their I met with Ed (Sales Manager) and Fady Gad. We worked out numbers and even got a lowered rate than promised over the phone. I took my husband's 2010 Terrain into this GMC dealer after having HORRIBLE experiences at the local dealer where he bought it. After years of being treated like dirt, I called the GMC dealer in Costa Mesa.
It was the BEST thing I could have done!. Our Terrain needed a recall item (the other local dealer couldn't seem to get the part and the employees in service and SALES were always snooty and rude, seriously weird since my hubby and I are both highly educated professionals!). GMC Costa Mesa immediately 'special ordered' the part and called me when it arrived two days later. When I went in for service, I was blown away by how helpful EVERYONE was! I was greeted with smiles and assistance from the moment I got out of my car.and NOT in a bad way!
No sales pitch. Just nice people who actually ENJOY their work. Very refreshing! My service rep was Cruz Pena, but Fred Lockett, Jim Olson and Ana the cashier were all great. Our terrain needs more work, but Cruz asked me to come back in 1,500 miles to verify the root of the problem before spending $$$. I actually look forward to going back. John Morgan and Jim Keys were both fantastic to work with! Their customer service was outstanding, and even though I didn't get some of the features I thought I had to have, working with them was so enjoyable at the end of the day, I didn't care as much as I would have. I really appreciate the hard work they put in, but more than that, they treated my husband and I like friends. I am in online marketing and was extremely impressed with how John and Jim run the dealership and would happily and without hesitation send friends and family to them for help! My experience working with John Vona and the whole staff at suburban Cadillac was just tremendous.
I always felt appreciated and John was always listening to my wants and needs. This was the second Cadillac dealership I visited while shopping for a CTS-V. It was Suburban Cadilac that won my business because they still believe in servicing their customers and I appreciate that a great deal. I don't want a deal. I want a trustworthy partnership and a dealership that I can comfortably visit for all service needs.
